Apparently as all Mages are stupid this post is here for me to link to when one of you has made an app.

(Note: If you are not a mage and have also been referred here it is because you too are stupid)

So you're a Mage, I assume you're Arcane as it tends to be the best at the current gear level.

Point 1, You have too much hit.
Point 2, every point of hit you have over the 17% cap (you get 10% from buffs and talents so only need 184 hit rating all else is wasted)*
Point 3, dropping down a tier, or in most of your cases 2 or using spirit gear is better for your dps even if your gearscore is lowered.
Point 4, you have to much hit.

If you reply in this thread instead of your app thread, with how you intend to fix this, you are even less likely to be offered a trial

* I accept it is handy to have items for swapping in when the raid buffs are missing, but you still have to much even so.
